Silver Star for Valor

Awarded to recognize and reward the bravery of a crewman for his/her actions in a critical situation. This award should only be given out to officers who enter a vital mission/situation with full knowledge that there is a high likelihood they will be killed. This award cannot be given for anything other than combat orientated missions.
